DELIVERY

Sending ceramics through the post can be a risky business and the layers of necessary packaging don't look great, however my priority is getting your order to you in one piece. All orders are carefully wrapped using paper bubble wrap and packaged securely in recyclable postage boxes. 

I try to keep my packaging as green as possible so encourage you to reuse or recycle it if you can.

*PLEASE NOTE*

I post orders a maximum of twice a week. This mean orders for UK shipping may take up to 7 days to arrive.

All orders are sent Royal Mail Signed For except Earrings which are sent Standard 2nd class.

RETURNS

I really hope you love your order however if you'd like to cancel your purchase that's not a problem please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing gemmawhitaker@outlook.com 

You have a further 14 days (from the date you cancel) to post your order back. If the unwanted item is not damaged on delivery you are responsible for the return postage. If the item is not in its original condition when returned you are responsible for any loss in value. 

*PLEASE NOTE* Due to hygiene reasons I cannot accept refunds on earrings unless faulty. 

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged or faulty you have a legal right under the Consumer Right Act to a full refund if you contact me within 30 days.  Outside of this time period please get in touch and I'll do my best to help with a repair or replacement.
